CHERATING BEACH

Cherating is a popular beach resort area in Pahang. It is located about 30km north of Kuantan on Peninsular Malaysia's East Coast. The main attraction here is of course the wide sandy beach. During the monsoon season (November & December), it is the only beaches in Peninsular Malaysia with waves good enough for surfing.
